The section of the Slovenian-Chinese Business Council is an independent professional association of companies, independent entrepreneurs and natural persons operating in the Slovenian, European and Chinese markets and primarily united by the need to expand economic, scientific (professional) and cultural integration and cooperation, and the desire for orderly content and programming of business entities and individuals operating on the international market with an emphasis on the markets of Slovenia and China.

GZS Zbornica industrije sejmov in srečanj

The Chamber of Exhibitions and Event Industry Slovenia (CEEIS) is an association of event industry organizers, venue owners, equipment rental and installation companies, and other stakeholders from the accompanying industries and activities. The Chamber of Trade Fairs and Conferences Industries is part of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. The main goal of the chamber is to represent, promote, and support the business interests of its members and the event industry to legislative and executive bodies at local, national, regional, and European levels. Key topics include promoting sales and exports, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, and enhancing the industry’s recognition as a generator of economic activity and exports.

Severin Hutinski

The fundamental mission of the Central Slovenian Chamber of Commerce is to improve and shape the business environment, which consequently enables greater economic growth and competitiveness of companies from the region both domestically and internationally. At the same time, in accordance with the Chamber of Commerce Act, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) is an important and representative interlocutor of the state in shaping the economic system and economic policies, and it is a significant representative of the economy in international and chamber organizations.

We provide specialized training for engineers, architects, the public sector, investors, and building owners, we are an authorized training provider for energy performance certification experts.

Katarina Aškerc Zadravec

Ljubljana School of Business is an independent small private higher education institution in Slovenia, not belonging to any university. It provides professional study programmes fully accredited by The Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. LSB is entered in the register of state-approved study programmes providers at the responsible Ministry.
LSB has been established in 2010. It is owned by the company B2 which has been on the market since 1989 and is well- known in Slovenia for informal computer education and e-learning. LSB provides three bachelor’s study programmes (Business Informatics, Management, and Marketing Communication & PR), and two master’s study programmes (Management and Informatics and Marketing Management).

University of Ljubljana Debate Society

The University of Ljubljana Debate Society
(UL Debate Society) is an organization
which draws onto the legacy of the debate
community fostered among students of the University of Ljubljana in the last decade.
In its endeavors UL Debate Society extends the working of the debate clubs across the different faculties of University of Ljubljana, which have in the past been the cornerstone of debate at the university level via their debate coaching, advocacy training, public debates and tournament organizing.

Rok Hafner

Za in proti, zavod za kulturo dialoga (ZIP for short), is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant culture of debate and dialogue in Slovenia. Catering to elementary, high school, and university students, ZIP not only coordinates extensive debate programs but also emphasizes the importance of critical thinking and informed discourse. By addressing contemporary social issues and nurturing active citizenship, ZIP plays a pivotal role in shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

Founded in 1998, ZIP has its roots in a debate program initiated in October 1996 under the auspices of the then Institute for an Open Society. Since its inception, ZIP has been committed to inspiring young minds. Each year, the organization hosts over 150 events designed to cultivate social awareness, encourage persuasive advocacy, and promote a culture of respectful and constructive dialogue.
